Understanding Shed Financing with Anderson Enterprises
At Anderson Enterprises, we offer two types of financing options:
- Rent-to-Own (no credit check)
- Traditional Financing (credit check required)
With the Rent-to-Own program we offer, no credit check is required. This option offers the customer a quick and easy solution to acquire the storage they need without having to have their credit score disturbed. One must only provide general information and pay their down payment. Rent-to-Own allows customers to pay off their loan early with no penalties OR terminate their contract at any time. They also offer a 90-day/same as cash option in their contract! If you pay off within the first 90 days, you are credited for the rental fees you have paid thus far and you will be paying a “cash price” for the unit. The Rent-to-Own program offers the customer flexibility, regardless of the circumstance.
Traditional Financing requires a credit check. As with all financing, quite a few factors are taken into consideration by the lender. In addition to a minimum credit score of 650, your debt-to-income ratio, credit history and other factors play a role in what you may or may not qualify for. Each lender determines this, not Anderson Enterprises. With market volatility, interest rates are constantly changing, so your personal credit score/credit history will dictate what rate you receive from the lender. Also, if you are not approved, the lender will NOT share with us the reason for declining your loan due to privacy regulations. Within a few days they will contact you and you will be able to discuss this with them directly. We, unfortunately, are unable to be an advocate for you with the lender. They have strict guidelines which truly limit what we can do. We pride ourselves in partnering with lenders who protect your privacy, which often limits what we can do face to face.
Also, do not forget to check with your personal bank/credit union! Your bank or credit union may have special offers, signature loans, or member benefits that may be much better for you than anything we have to offer currently. If we need to send them information regarding the product you are looking to finance, we will be happy to do so!
